The Windows application for office management was fully developed with Delphi by Embarcadero. Access to the Alfresco DMS, which was created under Linux, takes place using SOAP web service. A MySQL database, which is used by the application as well as by Alfresco, is used as the common database. The application can communicate directly with the exchange server via a proprietary middleware software and manage appointments for external staff.
